General Terms – Villa Les Étoiles du Rocher
The rental of the villa Les Étoiles du Rocher, property of the company SAS ALPHA GROUP, is subject to these general terms, which the tenant fully and unreservedly accepts upon signing the rental contract.
1. Occupancy capacity
The villa is designed for a maximum of 10 people (including children). It is strictly forbidden to exceed this capacity, under penalty of immediate termination of the stay, without refund.
2. Parties, nuisances, and tranquility
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, evenings, or events at the villa.
No noise nuisance is tolerated between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM to respect the neighborhood's tranquility.
Any breach of this rule may result in the intervention of law enforcement and immediate eviction of the tenant without refund.
3. Animals
Animals are not allowed on the property, without exception, unless prior written authorization from SAS ALPHA GROUP. Any breach will result in immediate termination of the contract, solely at the tenant's fault.
4. Use of premises
The tenant agrees to use the villa peacefully, exclusively for vacation purposes. They agree to respect the house rules, the premises, the equipment, and the neighborhood.
5. Access and security
The keys, badges, and access means provided are strictly personal and must be returned upon departure. Any loss will result in billing for replacement. The tenant is required to close doors, gates, and alarms when leaving the villa.
6. Cleanliness and inventory
The villa is handed over clean and in perfect condition. The tenant must return it in a similar state. Additional cleaning fees may be applied in case of non-compliance.
7. Image rights and intellectual property
All photos, videos, plans, and visuals representing the villa Les Étoiles du Rocher are the exclusive property of SAS ALPHA GROUP.
They are not free of rights, nor reusable, nor exploitable without prior written authorization. Any infringement will result in civil and/or criminal proceedings.
8. Surveillance and security of premises
For security reasons, certain exterior accesses may be under video surveillance, in accordance with current legislation. No cameras are installed in private or interior spaces.
9. Liability and insurance
The tenant is responsible for damages, losses, or deterioration caused to the villa or its equipment.
It is strongly recommended to take out vacation insurance covering their rental civil liability.
10. Acceptance
The signing of the rental contract constitutes full acceptance of these general terms, the general sales conditions, as well as the house rules.
